We went to an open house for a home we were very interested in and did not already have an agent. Molly Horak was running the open house and after talking with her we ended up having her as our agent. Although, we did not end up buying that first house we stuck with Molly and she worked very hard to find us the perfect home. We had a very difficult purchasing process through no fault of Molly Horak, but she helped us with everything along the way and was on top of things so we could find the right home for us within our time frame. She was very informative, knowledgeable, and fun, while always being very professional. She did her best to stay in constant contact with us so we were up-to-date on everything going on.
